ExpatPropertyHub is an independent marketplace connecting foreign buyers of Portuguese property to vetted professionals — real-estate agents, mortgage brokers and lawyers. We do not sell property, do not provide credit, and do not give legal or tax advice.
2. Our service
We collect requests from buyers and route them to professionals in our network. Any service contract is formed directly between you and the professional — ExpatPropertyHub is not a party to that relationship.
Using the site and submitting requests is free for the buyer.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We verify a professional's licence and registration before we introduce them to you, but we do not guarantee any outcome of a property, mortgage or legal transaction. The decision to engage any professional is yours alone.
4. Informational content
The market, tax and visa guides published on the site are informational and dated. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Tax and immigration law changes — always confirm with a licensed professional before making decisions.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpatPropertyHub is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users and professionals, nor for decisions taken based on the informational content of the site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
